The Sundance Festival's hit comedy from the Kornbluth brothers
HAIKU TUNNEL (Sony Pictures Classics) is now screening in a theatre
near you. Original Score by Marco d'Ambrosio.
Check your local listings, grab your popcorn money, and go
out and have a few laughs.
In other news...BLINK has won an Emmy!
The documentary Emmys were awarded Sept. 5, 2001 in New York. "Blink"
which documents the life of former white supremacist leader Gregory
Withrow is directed by Elizabeth Thompson.
Marco d'Ambrosio, with Spencer Critchley,
composed the music. MarcoCo. Studios provided the audio post. For
its original broadcast on the PBS series "POV" in July of 2000,
"Blink" was nominated for Outstanding Coverage of a Continuing News
Story. Other nominees were episodes of ABC's "Nightline" and PBS'
"Nova" and "Frontline". "Blink" has also been honored at film festivals
around the world, including Taos Talking Pictures, SXSW and the
Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival.
